How we rank properties
Property tiers weigh:
- Base rent and upgrade scaling after servers are placed.
- Tile traffic — positions after Jail and before Go see more visits (see Board Map).
- Set completion difficulty — two-tile colors climb tiers if cheap to monopolize.
- Win condition synergy — Tycoon corners get bonus weight for all-Tycoon wins.
We do not rank by brand popularity alone. A famous Roblox game on the board is not automatically S-tier if rent math is weak.
How we rank board pieces
Board pieces are cosmetic tokens from Legendary Crates and events. Rankings use community trade chatter, rarity tags, and visual demand — not gameplay stats. Pieces never change rent.
Using tiers in matches
Early game: Buy any deed in A or B tier colors you land on unless Bux drops below 400. Mid game: Trade up for missing A-tier siblings before chasing C-tier flex properties. Late game: Max servers on S-tier monopolies first; leave D-tier deeds unmortgaged only as trade bait.
